You can also obtain ready-made language files through OXID eXchange.

In this category, you will find the available language files for the OXID eShop front end. These are usually stored within OXID eShop in /out/basic/[lang]/lang.php.

Create a missing language file

Please feel free to add new pages to share your translation of the shop to an additional language or correct typos in existing files.

After that, simply copy the whole Wikitext from one of these pages to your new page and start translating it. If you post your translation file to the forum, you will probably quickly find help from other community members.
